Idaho Code § 67-7407: Director.

With the advice and consent of the senate the governor shall appoint a director of the lottery, who is the chief executive officer of the lottery and secretary of the commission. The compensation of the director, including bonuses, if any, shall be established by the commission. The director shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
