Idaho Code § 67-7446: Restrictions.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 23-928, Idaho Code, nothing in that section shall be construed to authorize any form of games of chance or private lotteries, except as may be authorized expressly by this chapter in accordance with the Idaho Constitution.
