Idaho Code § 67-7452: Lottery exempt from state procurement act.

CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the state lottery shall be exempt from the state procurement act provided in chapter 92, title 67, Idaho Code.
