Idaho Code § 67-8104: Eligible organization.

Organizations that may receive assistance from the association under the provisions of this chapter are local governments, local housing authorities, nonprofit community or neighborhood-based organizations, and regional or statewide nonprofit housing assistance or advocacy organizations, and for-profit housing developers.
