Idaho Code § 67-9601: daylight saving time.

At such time as the state of Washington makes daylight saving time the permanent time of the state and all of its political subdivisions, those areas of the state of Idaho that are in the Pacific time zone shall also make daylight saving time the permanent time of those areas of the state of Idaho and all of those political subdivisions located within those areas.
