TITLE 74 TRANSPARENT AND ETHICAL GOVERNMENT
CHAPTER 7 LOBBYING DISCLOSURE

The purpose of this chapter is:

(1) To promote public confidence in government; and

(2) To promote openness in government and to provide transparency by those promoting or opposing legislation or attempting to influence executive or administrative actions for compensation.
