TITLE 74 TRANSPARENT AND ETHICAL GOVERNMENT
CHAPTER 7 LOBBYING DISCLOSURE

All statements required to be filed with the secretary of state under this chapter shall be signed and certified as true and correct by the person required to file such statements. Electronic signatures and certifications shall be governed by the uniform electronic transactions act pursuant to chapter 50, title 28, Idaho Code.
