CHAPTER 10 ELECTIONS
Election Code.

A trustee of a Library District shall be elected, at the consolidated election in odd-numbered years which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent trustee, to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term ends before the following consolidated election.
