Election Code.

Springfield Metropolitan Exposition and Auditorium Authority - Commissioner - Time of Election. A commissioner of the Springfield Metropolitan Exposition and Auditorium Authority shall be elected at the consolidated election of each odd-numbered year to succeed each incumbent commissioner whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
