CHAPTER 10 ELECTIONS
Election Code.

Regional Board of School Trustees - Trustee - Time of Election. Except in educational service regions having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants, a trustee of a Regional Board of School Trustees shall be elected at the consolidated election to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term ends before the following consolidated election.
