105 ILCS 105/12b: Civil Penalties.

The Department is empowered to assess civil penalties against a contractor inspector, management planner, project designer, supervisor, worker, project manager, or air sampling professional for violations of this Act and the rules promulgated thereunder, pursuant to rules for such penalties established by the Department.
