105 ILCS 105/13: Federal funding.

To the extent that federal funds become available for the removal of asbestos from schools and subject to any limitations which may be imposed, such federal funds shall be used in lieu of State financing of corrective actions and for any administrative costs incurred by the Department in the administration of this Act.
