105 ILCS 5/10-22.7: Repairs and improvements.

To repair and improve schoolhouses and furnish them with the necessary fixtures, furniture, apparatus, libraries, and fuel, to receive and review the reports of architects and professional engineers licensed in the State of Illinois prescribed in Section 2-3.12, to set priorities for the recommendations set forth in the report, and to ensure that those facilities used for student occupancy under their control will remain in compliance with the building code authorized in Section 2-3.12.
