105 ILCS 5/11E-5: Purpose and applicability.

The purpose of this Article is to permit greater flexibility and efficiency in the reorganization and formation of school districts for the improvement of the administration and quality of educational services and for the best interests of pupils. This Article applies only to school districts with under 500,000 inhabitants.
