105 ILCS 5/13B-25.25: Testing and assessment.

A district plan for an alternative learning opportunities program operated through a cooperative or intergovernmental agreement must provide procedures for ensuring that students are included in the administration of statewide testing programs. Students enrolled in an alternative learning opportunities program shall participate in State assessments under Section 2-3.64a-5 of this Code.
