105 ILCS 5/14-5.01: Application of Article.

This Article applies to school boards of all types and sizes of school districts, including but not limited to special charter districts, community consolidated school districts, community unit school districts, consolidated school districts, high school districts, non-high school districts, community high school districts, and districts exceeding 500,000 inhabitants.
