105 ILCS 5/19-3.15: School additions; Chaney-Monge School District 88.

Notwithstanding the requirements of any other applicable law and without further referendum approval, Chaney-Monge School District 88 is authorized to issue bonds in not to exceed the amount of $3,000,000 to provide for the improvement, alteration, and repair of schoolhouses and to fund the local share as required for a Capital Development Board school construction grant to fund school additions and associated construction and equipment with respect to which a referendum was passed on March 18, 2014.
