105 ILCS 5/2-3.107: Test administration ethics.

The State Board of Education shall develop a code of ethics for test administration and shall provide assistance to school districts upon request in the implementation of the code. The code of ethics shall at least include a procedure to be followed and safeguards to be observed in the administration of tests.
