Arts and humanities organizations and cultural institutions. The State Board of Education is authorized to reimburse not-for-profit arts and humanities organizations and cultural institutions of Illinois, including but not limited to, museums and theater or dance companies, for the costs of providing educational programs to public elementary and secondary school students.
