105 ILCS 5/2-3.98: Transition program for persons with developmental disabilities.

The State Board of Education shall establish and implement, in conjunction with the Department of Human Services, a pilot program for the provision of transitional, educational services to persons with a developmental disability 18 years of age or older who have completed public school programs.
