105 ILCS 5/26A-1: Scope of Article.

This Article applies to all school districts and schools governed by this Code, including schools operating under Article 13, 13A, 13B, 27A, 32, 33, or 34. However, this Article does not apply to the Department of Juvenile Justice School District.
