105 ILCS 5/28-8: Purchase by districts for resale at cost.

School districts may purchase textbooks and electronic textbooks and the technological equipment necessary to gain access to and use electronic textbooks from the publishers and manufacturers at the prices listed on the sworn statement published on the retail dealer's website and sell them to the pupils at the listed prices or at such prices as will include the cost of transportation and handling.
