105 ILCS 5/30-16.2: Eligible recipients.

Those residents of the State of Illinois whose scholastic standing will enable them to enroll in the Reserve Officer's Training Corps programs of the several Armed Forces available at universities supported by the State of Illinois, are considered as eligible recipients for scholarships set forth in Section 30-16.3.
