105 ILCS 5/34A-104: Establishment of Authority.

For each school district organized under Article 34 there is established a body both corporate and politic and a unit of local government to be known as the "(Name of City) School Finance Authority" which, in such name, shall exercise all authority vested in such Authority by this Article.
