105 ILCS 5/34A-607: Audit of Authority.

The Authority shall be subject to audit in the manner now or hereafter provided for the audit of State funds and accounts. A copy of the audit report shall be submitted to the Auditor General, the Governor, the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and the President and Minority Leader of the Senate.
