105 ILCS 5/3A-12: Limitation on successive petitions.

If a majority of those voting in a disconnection election do not favor disconnection, no petition for a disconnection election shall be submitted to the regional superintendent unless the resulting election would be held at a regular election in accordance with the general election law.
