105 ILCS 5/4-12: Educational service center support.

Notwithstanding Sections 4-2, 4-4, 4-6, 4-7, 4-8, 4-9, and 4-10 of this Code, a county having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants may provide financial or in-kind support to the educational service centers serving that county.
