105 ILCS 5/4-8: Bond -- approval -- increase.

Approve the bond of the county superintendent of schools, and increase the penalty thereof if, in its judgment the penalty should be increased.

On and after July 1, 1994, the provisions of this Section shall have no application in any county having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants.
