CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Illinois Financial Assistance Act for Nonpublic Institutions of Higher Learning.

If any provision of this Act is declared invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions of the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision, and to this end, the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
