CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act.

In this Act, "collegiate athletic association", "athletic association", or "association" means a collegiate athletic association that, in fact, monopolizes all or any significant part of an intercollegiate athletic sport on a national level.
