110 ILCS 330/6.7: Health insurance marketplace notices.

The University of Illinois Hospital shall post, in each facility that has an emergency room, a notice in a conspicuous location in the emergency room with information about how to enroll in health insurance through the Illinois health insurance marketplace in accordance with Sections 1311 and 1321 of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
