110 ILCS 425/25: Transfer of powers.

All of the rights, powers, and duties vested by law in the Department of Natural Resources, or in any office, division, or bureau thereof, and pertaining in any way to the operation, management, control, and maintenance of the Scientific Surveys, including but not limited to, the authority to impose and collect fees and service charges, as deemed appropriate and necessary by the Board of Trustees, for the services performed or provided by the Scientific Surveys, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Board of Trustees.
