University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and Northwestern University programs; funding. From funds appropriated for the purposes of this Act, the University of Illinois at Chicago and Southern Illinois University may enter into cooperative agreements with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria or Northwestern University or both for the purpose of funding forensic psychiatric fellowship training programs at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and Northwestern University.
