110 ILCS 670/15-115: Meningitis vaccine; information.

At the beginning of each academic year, the University shall inform each of its incoming freshmen and transfer students about meningitis and its transmission. Any University facility that delivers health services to University students must offer the meningitis vaccine, subject to availability of the vaccine from the manufacturer. Nothing in this Section may be construed to require the University to pay for the cost of vaccination.
