110 ILCS 945/6.12

Apportionment of administrative costs and expenses among participating institutions of higher education and education loan corporations. To charge to and apportion among participating institutions of higher education and education loan corporations its administrative and operating costs and expenses incurred in the exercise of the powers and duties conferred by this Act.
