110 ILCS 945/7: Expenses of Authority - Limitation of liability for expense.

All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be payable solely from funds provided under the authority of this Act and, except as authorized under Section 6.13, no liability shall be incurred by the Authority beyond the extent to which monies shall have been provided under this Act.
