CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Higher Education Student Assistance Act.

Any person otherwise qualifying for a loan guaranteed or originated by the Commission shall not be disqualified by reason of being under the age of 21 years; and each such person shall have the rights, powers, privileges and obligations of a person of full age with respect thereto.
