CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Retention of Illinois Students and Equity Act.

In this Act, "Illinois resident" includes any person who is (i) deemed an Illinois resident for tuition purposes under State law or (ii) charged tuition at the same rate as an Illinois resident under State law.
