CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Senior Citizen Courses Act.

Nothing in this Act shall preclude public institutions from requiring fees, other than tuition, subject to approval by the institution's governing board, for individuals attending credit courses pursuant to waivers granted under this Act.
