CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Student Loan Servicing Rights Act.

All moneys received by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to student loan servicers shall be paid into and all expenses incurred by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to student loan servicers shall be paid from the Bank and Trust Company Fund.
