CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Student Loan Servicing Rights Act.

The Secretary, through the Attorney General, may maintain an action in the name of the people of the State of Illinois and may apply for an injunction in the circuit court to enjoin a person from engaging in unlicensed student loan servicing activity.
