CHAPTER 115 EDUCATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS
Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act.

The provisions of the Open Meetings Act shall not apply to collective bargaining negotiations, including negotiating team strategy sessions, and grievance arbitrations conducted pursuant to this Act.
