CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Executive Reorganization Implementation Act.

The General Assembly declares that the public interest requires the orderly implementation of Article V, Section 11, of the Illinois Constitution, authorizing agency reorganization by executive order of the Governor.
