CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Executive Order 1 (2012) Implementation Act.

Every officer of the Department of Central Management Services, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Veterans' Affairs (now the Department of Veterans Affairs) is, for any offense, subject to the same penalty or penalties, civil or criminal, as are prescribed by existing law for the same offense by any officer whose powers or duties are transferred under this Act.
