CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Secretary of State Act.

The Secretary of State shall keep a current file, in alphabetical order, of every sanitary district in the State. Whenever an ordinance for a name change is passed pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sanitary District Act of 1917, he shall make the certification required by that Section.
