15 ILCS 310/10b.15: Disciplinary actions.

For the imposition as a disciplinary measure of suspension from the Office of the Secretary of State without pay for not longer than 30 calendar days. Notice of such disciplinary action shall be given in writing immediately to the Director of Personnel, who may review any such actions.
