CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Secretary of State Merit Employment Code.

Except as otherwise provided, any person who willfully violates any provision of this Act or of the rules shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
