CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Secretary of State Merit Employment Code.

The Department of Personnel shall have an officer at its head who shall be known as Director of Personnel. He shall be appointed by the Secretary of State. The Director of Personnel shall be a person who shall have had practical working experience in the field of personnel administration.
