15 ILCS 310/9b: Administrative review.

All final administrative decisions of the Merit Commission shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, as heretofore or hereafter amended. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
