CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
State Library Act.

Users of the State Library. Library services, including electronic resources to the fullest extent possible, shall be supplied to: State Officers and Officials; members of the General Assembly and staff; State agency employes; patrons of libraries with whom consortial agreements have been established; and the general public.
